During a rare winter thaw this past March, we brought together 10 of the top international wedding planners from Europe and the United States for an unforgettable journey through Rome and Milan. As honored guests of the Dorchester Collection, we immersed ourselves in understated elegance at the Hotel Eden and Principe di Savoia, where every moment was carefully curated by our team.

Culinary Artistry & Exclusive Experiences

Our adventure began with a private ravioli-making class at Il Giardino, the Hotel Eden’s award-winning restaurant. With stunning views overlooking Rome, our first evening set the tone for a trip filled with bespoke moments. Our team curated eight exclusive experiences throughout our stay, each more extraordinary than the last. We enjoyed a private tour of the Fendi atelier in Rome, where artistry and traditions intertwined. We savored an exquisite Michelin-starred dinner prepared by Giardini del Fuenti’s chef, who traveled from Amalfi to Milan solely for our group. And we enjoyed a traditional Roman lunch at the famed Angelina a Testaccio, where the food is exceptional and the service is incomparable.

This journey seamlessly blended high fashion, culinary mastery, and breathtaking design. We stepped into the world of Gucci one afternoon and dined in a private palazzo the next, each setting more enchanting than the last. We discovered historic villas filled with priceless artwork that once belonged to the Milanese aristocracy, now available to rent for private events. Every day was an exquisite surprise for the senses.
